Happy Singing and Studying!

Lesson.
내 곁에 네가 없어도 (without you)
내 is a mixture of the words 나 [i] and 의 [possession marker] - meaning MY. 곁 means side, and attached is the location marking particle -에 meaning in, at, or to - in this case, at. So, 내 곁에 means at my side/by my side. 네 (니) means you, and attached is 가 the subject marker - marking YOU as the one doing the verb - 없다 [to not exist]. Adding the grammar structure (present tense)도 gives the meaning of even though. So, even though you are (non-existent from) not by my side...
웃잖아 (without you)
웃다 means to smile or laugh. The grammar structure attached to the verb stem 웃 is -잖아 means means you know... Used when starting something you know the other person already knows. So, even though you are not by my side, you know I'm smiling.
이젠 아무렇지도 (without you)
이제 means now, and is marked with a topic marker for emphasis - NOW (from now on, as oppose to before), 아무렇지도 means to feel nothing, be unaffected, in any way be affected by.
눈물도 흐르지 않아 난 (without you)
눈물 means tears, and is accompanied by -도 which means even (or down to). 흐르다 means to flow. Attached to the verb stem 흐르 is the grammar structure -지 않다 (않아 in present tense), which means to NOT. 나 is I, +ㄴ topic so we know we are talking about ME. So, I feel nothing - even the tears are not flowing.
without you
너 없이 난 괜찮아
너 [you] 없이, so you (not existent) not here / without you. 나 [me] + ㄴ topic marker, I AM... 관찮다 (관찮아 in present tense) to be OK. So, without you, I'm ok.
