Welcome to Lee Michelle's Without You Part 1!
It's finally time to be inspired by a new professional in the K-pop field~! I'm so excited that she's been able to break through barriers that have been holding her back in her life. This song will be a pleasant one, each part won't be too lengthy (part 1 and 2 are the longest)!
Let's get started!

Lesson.
그런 눈으로 보지 마
그런 is derived from the verb 그렇다 which means to be like "that." It is treated the same as other verbs in it's ability to be turned into a descriptive form to describe the noun (verb stem 그렇 + ㄴ, ㅎ is omitted). 눈 means eyes, so 그런 눈 means with those kind of eyes. The particle connected to 눈 is (으) 로 which means "using" or "with" in this case. So, with/using those kind of eyes (with that kind of stare). 보지 마 is a verb + grammar point phrase. The verb 보다 means to see, and attached is the grammar structure -지마 which is a command telling someone to NOT do. So, do not look at me with those eyes (that kind of look).
그런 착각 하지도 마
Here again we have 그런 which is THAT 착각 [illusion/delusion]. 하다 means to do, and again has the grammar structure - 지 마. The only difference here is that there is a -도 attached to the -지 which has the meaning of, too, also, or either. So, also, don't (do delusion) delude yourself (kid yourself) / have that kind of delusion.
그건 너의 오해야
그 (like 그렇다) means that, but 그 것 means that thing (-ㄴ is added as a topic marker). So, 그 건 THAT is (blank). 너 means you, and 의 is a possession marker - together meaning your. 오해 is a misunderstanding. The ending -야 is the present tense of the verb 이다 which means to be/"is." So, that (thing) is your misunderstanding.
그런 생각 하지도 마
Here, we have about the same form as above. 그런 생각 [those thoughts, those kinds of thoughts] 하다 [to do], -지도 마 don't do (also). So, don't even have those thoughts, or don't think like that.
늘 눈물에 살고
늘 means always and 눈물 means tears. The particle attached to 눈물 is -에 [a location marker] a particle that means to, at, or in. In this case - in. 살다 is a verb meaning to live. Attached to the verb stem 살 is the grammar structure -고 which means AND when linking verbs/sentences together. So, always living in tears AND...
매일 한숨 내쉬어도
매일 means everyday, and 한숨 means a breath, or sigh. 내쉬다 is a verb meaning to breathe out. So, 매일 한숨 내쉬다 means to breathe out a sigh everyday. The grammar structure attached to the verb stem 내쉬 is +(present tense)도 [내쉬 +어도] which means even though. So, even though I breathe out a sigh everyday.
정말 이해가 안 돼
정말 means really. 이해 means understanding - attached is the subject marker 가 which means that the understanding is the one doing the VERB. The grammar structure -안 means to not (turns a verb into a negative). 되다 means to become, or be. This phrase means "I really don't understand." So, 안 돼 by itself means something that isn't working, or allowed, or happening. So, 이해가 안돼 means the understanding is not happening.

Any specific questions, suggestions, comments, and/or additions would be great! I would never mind to further explain a few points, add some other examples, or give some pointers, as well. Let's study together.
See you Wednesday for the Part 2!
