Welcome to Part 3!
Today we basically have our first rest of the week! We are covering the second verse, which is pretty short, and the small part after the chorus. Thankfully, there are lots of repeats - so be sure to practice as much as you can in the reading/comprehension section. (The new parts are in bold.)
Have fun singing!

Lesson.
아무리 아파도 아무렇지 않게 그렇게 하루를 보내길
아무리 means, no matter how (verb) - it is often used before a verb and paired with -도. In this case, paired with - 아프다 [to be hurt], it means no matter how hurtful // no matter how much it hurts. 아무렇지 않게 means unaffectedly (as if nothing is wrong), and 그렇게 means like that. 하루 means day, the particle -를 is added to indicate that 하루 is the target of the verb - 보내다 which means to spend (하루를) the day. -기 is the ended to the verb stem of 보내다 to change the verb into a noun, and then an object marker is added onto the main verb (기 + ㄹ) turning the entire sentence clause into the target of the next sentence. So, this sentence can be translated to no matter how much it hurts, unaffectedly like that, spending the day...
그저 익숙해 지길 매일 연습해 봤지만
그저 means just, or merely. 익숙하다 means to be skilled. Added to the verb stem of 익숙하 is the grammar structure -(present tense)지다 which means to become (verb) [익숙하 + 여 지다 = to become skilled]. Then -기 + ㄹ is added again to make this sentence into a clause. 매일 means everyday. 연습하다 means to practice, and attached is two grammar structures. First, -(present tense) 보다 is added to the verb stem [연습하 + 여보다] which means to try and (verb). However, 보다 is used in the past tense [보다 --> 보 + 았다]. Then, added to this verb stem is -지만 which means HOWEVER, or BUT. So, everyday I tried to practice, but... What did he try to practice? to be merely skilled at spending the days like it was nothing (unaffectedly), no matter how much it hurt.
어차피 너를 잊진 못할 것 같아
어차피 gives the meaning of in any case, or any how. 너 [you] is made the target of the verb by using the object marker - 를. 잊다 means to forget. Attached to the verb 잊다 is the grammar structure - 지 못 하다 which is one way of saying CAN'T do (verb) (-ㄴ is a topic marker added for emphasis). So, 잊지 못 하다 means CAN'T forget. Added to the ending of this grammar structure is -ㄹ 것 같아 which gives the meaning of it seems. Essentially -adding ㄹ changing 하 to a descriptive form that describes 것 thing. In any case (no matter what happens, or no matter what I do), it seems like I can't (won't be able to) forget.
고칠 수 없는 병에 아프다 해도
고치다 means to fix, or, or cure. The grammar structure -을 수 없다 is another way of saying CAN'T - 고칠 수 없다 means CAN'T fix, or cure. This phrase is then changed into the descriptive form (by adding -는) to describe 병 [disease]. So, 고칠 수 없는 병 is an incurable disease. 에 is a location marking particle, meaning in, at, or to - in this case, it means in. 아프다 means to hurt. 하다 means to do, however the -(present tense)도 grammar structure which means even though is added [하 + 여도]. So, even though I'm sick within this incurable disease.

차라리 이럴 거면 사랑조차 말걸
차라리 means rather, or prefer. 이렇다 is the verb used here, meaning to be like this. It is then changed into the (future tense) descriptive form (by adding -ㄹ) to describe 것 [thing]. Then, the grammar structure 면 is added, which means IF. 이럴 거면 means if it was going to be like this. 사랑 [love] has a particle 조차 that means even, however it gives more of a feeling like even this, or "all the way to this." 말걸 is a useful phrase that has the meaning of wouldn't have (used from 말다 to stop or cease, and thing with a future tense particle on the ending). It seems almost like a fixed expression. So, this sentence can be translated to mean: if it was going to be like this, I would have rather not gotten to love (rather not have gone THIS FAR, (to LOVE) in our relationship).
언제쯤엔 잊을까
언제 means when, and 쯤 means approximately. 에 is a location marker (or time marker). So, together 언제쯤에 means approximately when (kind of like at around when in rough translation) (-ㄴ topic marker added for emphasis on WHEN). Attached to 잊다 [to forget] is the grammar structure -을까 which is used to show wonder, or make a suggestion - in this, it's used to show wonder. So around when (am I going to be able) to forget? When will I forget?
아무리 means, no matter how (verb) - it is often used before a verb and paired with -도.
