아니, 미친거 아니야? 아직 사람들이다
This songs favorite line: No it's not crazy? 아직 means still or yet. 사람 means person and -들 attached makes it plural so people. Attached is the verb 이다 which means "to be." So the line says, "No, it's not crazy. We're still people."
다들 모두 모여 (서) 하나되어 (서) 미쳐가니까
다 means all and -들 makes all plural so literally all (usually refers to people). 모두 also means all but in regards to people so they're talking about all the people. 모이다 means to assemble/come together and it's in the present tense form (모이+어=모여). In parenthesis, the 서 is the grammar point meaning then, and, so. 하나 means one and attached to it is the grammar point -되다 which means to become. So it pretty much means become one. Then again, we have another 서 [and then, or so]. Once again, for the millionth time, we have 미치다 [to be crazy]. Attached to it is the verb 가다 [to go], so 미쳐가다 is to go crazy. -니까 is the grammar structure meaning because, or since. So the sentence can be translated as, "Everyone come together, then become one, since [because] we're going crazy."
Everybody just drop it like it's hot~
함께하니 즐거워지잖아
함께하다 means to join/to share and attached to it is the grammar point -니 which does something. 즐접다 means pleasant/pleased. Attached is -지 which also does something. The grammar point -잖다 gives it the meaning of "you know, you see, isn't it." This grammar structure is used when saying a known fact, or something you assume the person you are talking to already knows. It is then changed into the present tense [+아(요)]. So the sentence means, "joining [together] is pleasant, isn't it?"/" Don't you know it's better together."
아주 어지러운 몽롱함에서
아주 means very (much), extremely. 어지럽다 means to be dizzy/light headed/giddy; the -ㄴmakes this verb into a descriptive word which will describe the next word. The word 몽롱함 is derived from the verb 몽롱하다 which means to be disoriented/ hazy but it's used for when you're drinking (yes, I mean drinking alcohol). The -ㅁ addition has become a way to make nouns from verbs. So, if 몽롱하다 means to be disoriented/hazy, 몽롱함 means haziness. -에서 is another location marker but this one is used specifically for where an action is taking place at. In all, the sentence is, "I'm in a very dizzying haze [state of being]."
벗어나긴 너무 이르잖아
This sentence is a continuation from the one before. 벗어나다 means get out (of)/stray off (in this case, to get out FROM the haziness). Attached to it is -기 which changes the verb to a noun form, with an added -ㄴ [topic marker] which makes waking up (from this haze) the topic of the sentence. 너무 means a lot. 이르다 has different meaning, but in this case, it means to be too early/premature. Attached is 잖아 which once again means "you know, you see, isn't it?" So the sentence means, "(You know...) It's too early to get out (of this haze)!"
