I got 21 big brothers
To me you ain’t big brother
난 예쁜 입술로 거침없이 말해
나 [me] + ㄴ [topic marker] marks ME as the TOPIC of the sentence - so we are talking about me. 예쁘다 means to be pretty. Followed by the verb stem [예쁘] is a ㄴ which in this case, is not a topic marker, it is changing the verb into adjective/descriptive form. 예쁜 is describing 입술 [lips] = Pretty lips. The particle -로 is attached to lips with the meaning of "using," or "with." So, 입술로 means using/with pretty lips. 거침 means obstacle and 없다 means to not exist. 거침 없이 means without obstacles, OR with any problems. 말하다 means to speak/say. 말해 is 말하다 in present tense [말하 + 여 = 말해]. So, a rough translation is: I, with pretty lips, have no problem telling you.
날 건들면 바보 너만 손해
나 [me] + ㄹ makes ME the OBJECT of the verb to come - 건드리다 [to mess around/bother]. Attached to the verb stem 건들 [from 건드리다] is the grammar structure -면. -면 means IF (verb). So 건들면 means IF you bother. Bother what? The object of the verb. What's the object? 날 [나]. If you bother/mess around with me. Attached to 너 [you] is the grammar structure -만 which is attached to a verb or noun to mean ONLY. 너만 means only you. 손해 is a noun meaning damage, or loss. 너만 손해 means LITERALLY only you damage. So, a rough translation is: If you bother me, only you will get hurt.
Valentines day everyday
큐피트도 나와 사랑에 빠졌지
큐피트 is a Korean spelled English word - cupid! The particle -도 is used to mean too! So, Cupid, too, 나오다 [come out]! I'm calling you out Cupid. 사랑, which everyone into K-pop knows :) means love. Attached to 사랑 is the location particle 에 meaning to, at, or in. 빠지다 means to fall for (in). So, 사랑에 빠지다 means to fall in love. 빠지다 is changed to 빠졌다 to mean past tense [빠지 + 었다 = 빠졌다]. The ending -지 is stating something you are assuming the other person already knows, OR asking for confirmation on something. Much like the English, "right?" So, a rough translation is: Cupid, too, come out! You fell in love too, right?
내 웃는 얼굴에 속지는 마
내 is a combination of 나 [me] + 의 [possession] to mean my. 웃다 means to smile/laugh. The verb stem 웃 + 는 changed the verb to smile into a adjective/describing verb meaning "smiling..." Adding 얼굴 [face] makes 내 웃는 얼굴 mean my smiling face. The particle -에 here means in, at, or to. 속다 means to be fooled. Added to the verb stem 속 is the grammar structure -지 마 which is telling one NOT to do verb. So, 속지 마 means DO NOT be fooled. The -는 in between 지는 마 is simply adding emphasis to NOT do something. So a rough translation is: my smiling face, don't be fooled by it.
난 위험하니까
Here again, 나 + ㄴ is marking ME as the topic of the sentence. 위험하다 means to be dangerous. Attached to the verb stem 위험하 is the grammar structure -니까 which means because VERB. So, simply: Because I'm dangerous (don't be fooled, because I'm dangerous).

놀자 hey hey hey 놀자
A simple end! 놀다 means to play/hang out! -자 attached to the verb stem 놀 means let's! Let's play!!
