Welcome to Part 4!
This is it! All we have left to do is the last chorus that changes up quite a bit, so I'm covering it in a separate lesson! Can't lie... I'm a little depressed saying goodbye to this happy, peaceful song - plus... Seo In Guk, I mean, seriously. ♥
Have fun singing!

Lesson.
마음 means heart (or mind). 이 marks the subject of the sentence, so 마음 is the thing DOING the verb. 왜 means why. 이렇다 is the verb in this case, meaning to be like "this" and it is describing - 것 [thing]. The grammar structure -는지 usually has the meaning of whether or not, but it is also used sort of like expressions wonder as well, which is what it's doing in this case. So, this sentence can be translated to, why is my heart like this? (I wonder whether its...)
내가 지금 봄을 타는지
내가 is 나 [me] + 가 subject marker, identifying ME as the subject of the sentence (I am the one doing the verb). 지금 means now. 봄 means spring, and has an object marker 을 attached to it, which means it is the target of the verb - 타다 which means to ride. In the case of this phrase, it has been brought up (by Julia Reidy (her blog)) that 봄을 타다's English equivalent is often translated as to have spring fever, however the meaning in English is filled with excitement, and the meaning in Korean is a bit less jubilant than this. The Korean meaning of spring fever seems to be one of loneliness, of unable to concentrate. Loss of appetite - just a general feeling of emptiness/sadness that might come along with the change of season. The attached grammar structure -는지 here means whether or not. So, is it because now I have spring fever? // I'm wondering whether or not I just have spring fever. In this case, do I really like you? Or is it just spring fever (that's keeping me awake / disturbing my daily life.)
자꾸만 니 손을 잡고 싶고
자꾸만 means repeatedly, or over and over. 니 means your, and 손 means hand [니 손 your hand]. Attached to 손 is the object marker 을 marks your hand as the target of the verb - 잡다 which means to catch/hold - in this case, hold. The grammar structure attached to 잡다 is -고 싶다 which means to WANT TO DO verb, and lastly the attached -고 is used to link verbs and sentences together with AND. So, (I) keep wanting to grab your hand AND...
니 옆에 바짝 또 앉고 싶은 건
니 [you/your] 옆 [side] and attached to 옆 is 에 the location marker, meaning to, at, or in - in this case, at. 바짝 앉다 means to sit right up next to someone. In between this verb phrase is 또 which means again. The grammar structure attached to 앉다 is again, -고 싶다 which means to want to do verb. Then, this grammar structure is changed into the descriptive form (+은) to describe 것 [thing]. So, (this thing) me wanting to next right up next to you. The ending of 것 is changed (+ㄴ), there is an added topic marker. That means we are changing these two sentences into a clause, we are making these two whole sentences the topic of the sentence coming. So, AS FOR me wanting to keep holding your hand AND me wanting to sit right up next to you...
다른 이유가 있어
다른 is the descriptive form of 다르다 which means to be different, is describing 이유 [reason]. Attached to 이유 is 가 the subject marker, indicating that 이유 is the subject (the one doing the verb? although in this case, it's a bit confusing) of the verb - 있다 which means to exist. So, a different reason exists. // There is a different reason (that I'm doing those things).
왜 너만 그걸 모르는 건지
왜 [why], attached to 너 [you] is the grammar structure -만 which means ONLY. 그것 means that thing, but ㄹ the object marker is attached, marking that thing as the target of the verb - 모르다 [to not know]. 모르다 is then changed into the descriptive form 모르는 (+는 to verb stem) which is describing 것 [thing]. Then, the grammar structure -은지 is added to 것 to express wonder! So, why only you don't know that thing? (I wonder..)
실은 내가 너를 좋아해서야
실 is a shortened version of 사실 which means truth. The expression 실은 (은 - topic marker) means truthfully, or actually. 내가 [나 [me/I] + 가 [subject marker]] marks ME as the doer of the verb. 너 [you] + 를 object marker marks YOU as the target of the verb - 좋아하다 [to like]. So, 내가 너를 좋아하다 means I like you. The added grammar structure is -(present tense)서 which in this case means BECAUSE (the sentence BEFORE 서 is the reason/cause of anything after it) [formation: 좋아하 + 여서]. -야 is added as kind of a sentence ender - taken from the present tense of the verb 이다 which is just is or to be. So, this sentence is translated as truthfully, it's because I like you.
Reading/Comprehension.
마음이 왜 이런 건지
내가 지금 봄을 타는지
자꾸만 니 손을 잡고 싶고
니 옆에 바짝 또 앉고 싶은 건
다른 이유가 있어
왜 너만 그걸 모르는 건지
실은 내가 너를 좋아해서야
It's nice to end with a beautiful picture of his face... isn't it? ;)

Any specific questions, suggestions, comments, and/or additions would be great! I would never mind to further explain a few points, add some other examples, or give some pointers, as well. Let's study together.
Special thanks to Julia Reidy for your helpful input on this post!
