랄라랄라 흔들흔들 손 흔들고
For those of you wondering, 랄라 is literally just la la la in English. :) 흔들 흔들 is from the verb 흔들다 which means to shake, and 손 means hand. So, 흔들흔들 손 흔들다 simply means shake, shake, shake your hand! Attached to the verb stem of 흔들다 (흔들) is the grammar structure -고 which is used to link verbs and sentences together with AND. So, shake your hand AND...
네 목소리가 쉴 때까지 소리 질러
네 (니) means your, and 목소리 means voice. Attached to 목소리 is the subject marker 가 which means your voice is going to be the thing DOING the verb to come - 쉬다 which means to rest. The grammar structure attached to the verb stem of 쉬다 (쉬) is 을 때 which means WHEN. So, 니 목소리 쉴 때 is when your voice rests, or the time when your voice rests. Attached to the grammar structure (after 때) is 까지 which means until. So, until your voice rests (gives out), 소리 [sound] 지르다 (질러 is present tense) [yell or shout]. So, yell until (the time when) your voice rests/gives out!

참 잘했어요 100점 만점 주고파
참 means very or extremely. 잘 means well, and is often used in this pair with 하다 [to do]. In this case, 하다 is changed to the past tense 하 - 다 + 였어요 - from to do to DID. So, 참 잘했어요 means you did really well! 100점 [points]! 만점 means perfect score! The verb used in this phrase 주고파 is 주다 which means to give. -고파 is the grammar structure that means to want to do (verb) (same as -고 싶다). So, 만점 주고파 - I want to give you a perfect score.

스르르르르륵 스르르르르륵
스르륵 can be described as meaning little by little or watching something inch down or away. For example, a baby slowly falling to sleep, or an image fading away little by little. Or, in this case, to melt! Think of ice cream inching slowly down the side of a cone of a hot summer day = 스르르륵.
녹 녹 녹 녹아든다녹 녹 녹 녹 녹아든다
녹아들다 means to melt! The grammar structure added to the verb stem 녹아드 is ㄴ다 which is like a declaration statement. So, I'm melting 스르르륵 녹아든다. I am making a STATEMENT.
파르르르르륵 파르르르르륵
파르륵 is similar to 스르륵, but instead of something inching or little by little, it can be described as a vibration or slight quivering of something. Like a cellphone buzzing or someone shivering from the cold!
떨 떨 떨 떨려온다
떨려오다 means for something to quiver or shake, and like 녹아든다, 떨려온다 is making a statement/declaration. I am shaking/quivering.
따라 따라 따라 하고파
따라 is the present tense of the verb 따르다 which means to follow (literally) something. 따라 하다 means to follow, or imitate something or someone. Attached to 따라 하 is the grammar structure -고파 again which means to want to (verb). So, I want to follow her - the 까탈레나!
