요즘 연인들은 kiss하고 시작한대 사랑을
요즘 is a noun meaning these days. -들 makes words plural, so when attached to 연인 [which means one's lover or one's love], 연인들 means lovers. -은 is just stating that the "lovers" [연인들] are the topics of the statement. 하고 [and] connects the two actions that the lovers do. 시작한대 is 시작하다 [to start] and the grammar -ㄴ대 together. -ㄴ대 is a shorter version of -다고+하다 which means I/he/she/they said, as in quoting words from someone. So together, lover's kiss and say it's starting. So what exactly is starting? 사랑 [love] is starting because it is the object of the sentence. How do we know what the object is? The added+ -을[object marking particle]. Roughly, the sentence translates to, "These days, lovers kiss and say their love is starting."
어리숙하고 난 낯을 가리는데 사람을
어리숙하다 means to be naive. -고 is a grammar structure meaning "and" and is used to connect verbs. 난 [나+는] is just I with a topic marker, so the topic has switched from the lovers to oneself (I/me). 낯 means face and attached is the object marker -을. 가리다 means to hide or cover, so what are you hiding/ covering? Face, 낯! The object marker is used to help let you know WHAT your hiding. 낯을 가리다 together forms the expression of someone who's shy. -는데 is used here to explain the background of the situation. 사람 [people] +-을 [object marker] is telling you WHAT you're shy of; which is people. However, it doesn't really follow correct Korean grammar structures, and it is just placed there for the songs convenience. So, the sentence basically means, I'm naive and shy to people.
내 틀 안에 갇혀 매일 가짜 같은 진짜 사랑도
내 is 나 [I/me]+ -의[possession] which forms "my." 틀 means shape/mold, so it means MY shape/mold. 안에 is inside (be careful not to confuse this with -안 which is used to form negative verbs). 틀 안에 together roughly means inside (a certain) mold (or framework). 갇히다 means to be locked up, and 매일 means everyday, so putting it all in would mean locked up inside my mold (framework). 가짜다 means to be fake, and 아/어/여 같다 means to "look like" or "seem like" meaning that 가짜 같은 means to seem fake. The -은 is added to the verb stem 같 (down from 같다) to form a descriptive verb, that will describe the noun to come. So, for you now, you can think of it as "a fake-seeming something." 진짜 [really, truly] 사랑 [love] +-도 [a particle meaning also/too/as well]. Altogether the sentence can be translated as, "Everyday I'm locked up inside my mold, it seems fake my real love as well" // "Everyday I'm stuck in the same routine, my real love seems fake as well."
I fell in love with you 표현 못 했는데 사랑을
표현 by itself means expression, but when added with -하다 it becomes the verb to express. The -못 added in-between means that you can't do verb. So translated literally it means, expression can't do it // I can't express. The verb 하다 is then changed into the past tense form - 하 + 였다 (becoming 했다). -는데, in this case, is showing a contrast with the previous action of falling in love. So, I fell in love with you but... or however... this happened (I couldn't express it). And finally, 사랑 [love] + -을 [object marker]; you can't express WHAT? Love. So the sentence can be translated as, I fell in love with you (but) I couldn't express my love.
