Welcome to Part 1!
I hope you've prepared yourself! Just kidding. But, as I claimed AKMU's 얼음들 as a beginner's song, I think I should address this song as being a bit intermediate level (about the same amount as EXO's Growl, little less). So, if your a beginner, don't get too frustrated at the amount of information - you can do it! And always remember,
Have fun singing!
Let's get started!

Lesson.
아무 표정 없이 아무렇지 않게 그렇게 널 보내주길
The first noun cluster is 아무 표정 없이. 아무 [any], 표정 [expression], 없이 [without] (derived from the verb - 없다 to not exist). So literally, without any expression. The next 2 words are presented in adjective form 아무렇지 않게 [without care, or unaffected], and 그렇게 [like that]. So, so far we have 아무 표정 없이 아무렇지 않게 그렇게 which can be translated to: without any expression, unaffected like that. 널 is 너 [you] + ㄹ [object marker] - the object marker marks YOU as the target of the verb - 보내주다 which means to send/let go. So, 널 보내주다 means to send YOU/let YOU go. The ending -기 + ㄹ [object marker] is used to change the main verb into a noun form - transforming the sentence into a separate clause. The entire sentence becomes the target for the next sentence.
매일 연습해봐도 어색하기만 하고
매일 means everyday. 연습해봐도 is made up of three parts. First, the verb 연습하다 [to practice]. Second, the grammar structure (present tense) 보다 which means to try and do (verb) [연습하 + 여보다 = 연습해보다 (to try and practice)]. Lastly, the grammar structure (present tense)도 is added, with the meaning of even though [연습해보 + 아도 = 연습해봐도 (even though I tried to practice)]. What are we practicing? The sentence before. 어색하다 means to be awkward. The grammar structure attached to 어색하다 is -기만 하다 which means to ONLY do (verb). In this case, 어색하기만 하다 means to only be awkward. Then, the last grammar structure -고 is added to connect verbs or sentences with AND. So in total, without any expression, unaffectedly like that, to send you.. everyday I tried, but it was only awkward (and...) More clear English translation: Everyday I practiced, but it was just too awkward to let you go without any expression and pretending to not care.
웃음을 보이며 몰래 우는 법도 매일 연습해 봤지만
웃음 means smile, and attached it 을 the object marker - marking 웃음 as the target of the verb - 보이다 which means to show, or be seen. The grammar structure attached is 며 which is used to express the meaning of something happening WHILE something else is happening (at the same time). So, 웃음을 보이며 means to show a smile, WHILE. 몰래 means secretly. 우는 is the descriptive form of the 울다 [to cry]. 우는 means a crying "blank." In this case, 우는 법 [way/method] means a crying method, or a way to cry. The particle -도 means even, and is used to express emphasis like, EVEN this. Here, we have almost an entire repeat of a phrase - 매일 연습해봐 means to try and practice everyday. However, this time he is stating it in the past tense with the grammatical structure -지만 which means BUT, or HOWEVER [연습해보 + 았다 = 연습해봤다 - 다 = 연습해봤 + 지만 = 연습해봤지만]. So, this entire sentence can be literally translated to: while I show my smile, a secretly crying method.. everyday I tried to practice but... // In an easier translation: Everyday I tried to find a way to smile while secretly crying, but...
떨리는 목소리에 금새 들킬 것만 같아
떨리는 is the descriptive form of the verb 떨리다 which means to shake or tremble. So, 떨리는 means a shaking "blank." In this case, a shaking 목소리 [voice]. Attached is the -에 location marking particle that means to, at, or in. In this case, it means in my shaking voice. 금새 means in a short time. 들킬 것만 같아 is a mixture of 3 things: 들키다 which is the verb, meaning to be caught "red-handed." A popular structure -을 것 같다 is added to the verb stem. It means to seem like something will be (verb). So, 들킬 것 같다 means to seem like you're going to get caught "red-handed." Added into this phrase is -만 which means only. So you can think of 들킬 것만 같다 to "seem like you're ONLY going to get caught." So translated is: In my shaking voice, in a short time, it seems (I'll) only get caught.
