Lesson.
청춘은 젊음의 복
청춘 means youth and attached to it is -은 which is a topic marker, so the topic of the sentence is youth. So, Youth IS... (rest of the sentence). 젊음 also means youth or youthfulness and attached to that is the possessive marker -의. So, the youthfulness' something. Finally we have 복 which means luck or good fortune. In all, it means "Youth's luck" or "Youthfulness' good fortune." It can be also be read as "Youth is youthfulness' luck!" ...which is kind of a mouthful of nothing.
고충은 젊음의 독
고충 means a problem/difficulty/distress and once again we have -은 to let us know that 고충 is the new topic of the line, so 고충 is... 독 means poison. So, just like in the last sentences you have youthfulness' something-- which in this case is poison. The sentence means, "Distress (problems/difficulties) is youth's poison." Young people don't like problems!
내일은 없어 No day, but today
내일 means tomorrow and of course attached to it is the topic marker -은, so tomorrow is...! 없다 means to not exist; in this case, 없다 is just conjugated into the present informal tense: 없 [verb stem] +어. The sentence means, "Tomorrow doesn't exist" or "There's no tomorrow." Slightly more literally (as an attempt to understand particles better), the sentence can be read as "Tomorrow is non-existent."

저 사람들의 손짓
저 in this actually means over there, like, WAYYY over there. Not "I" like how we usually see it. 사람 means person and -들 makes it plural, so people. Attached to people is the possessive marker -의 making it people's something. If you remember in part 2 of this song, we had the word 몸짓 which meant body gesture/movement. Click here to review. 손짓 is pretty much the same, but instead of body you have 손 which means hand. 손짓 means hand gestures! The sentence in all means, "The people's hand gestures (ALL THE WAY) over there."
그 젊음 속의 외침
그 means that. Simple, right? 젊음, again, means youthfulness. So, that youthfulness. 속 means interior/inside and attached is the possessive marker [again] -의. 외침 means a shout/cry/yell [derived from the verb meaning 외치다 which means to yell/shout. So, the sentence could be translated as, "The shouts from within those youths."
내 가슴 점 점 더 뜨거워
내 is a combination of 나 [I] + -의 [possessive marker] making it mean my. 가슴 means heart/chest. 점 점 means gradually/increasingly/little by little; 점 점 is describing what the chest is doing. So, my chest is gradually doing something. 더 means more and 뜨겁다 means to be hot/heated/burning. So the sentence is, "My chest is getting more hot little by little," or "My heart is gradually getting more hot/heated."

Any specific questions, suggestions, comments, and/or additions would be great! I would never mind to further explain a few points, add some other examples, or give some pointers, as well. Let's study together.
